Slow down and discover Umbria through its flavours.

Within the historic walls of Torgiano, a stay at Borgo Tre Vaselle becomes a journey into the region’s culinary traditions. At Le Melograne restaurant, seasonal ingredients and local produce meet a contemporary approach to Italian cuisine, in an elegant setting shaped by the history of the Borgo.

Begin with a glass of Umbrian wine on arrival, take the time to experience the quiet rhythm of the Borgo and, as evening falls, enjoy a three-course dinner inspired by the flavours of the land.

The perfect escape to slow down and savour the flavours of Umbria.
